Decision

1.1 To seek approval to proceed with the
delivery of the LUF Barton upon Humber Principal Town Regeneration
Project, in accordance with the MOU and project Management
Plan.

1.2 To seek approval to appoint Ove Arup & Partners Ltd as
Project Manager and Multi-disciplinary Consultant to support NLC in
delivering the Levelling Up Fund (LUF) funded
“Barton-upon-Humber Principal Town Regeneration
Project” to value up to £200,000 as set in the letter
of Intent dated 26 May 2023.
