Decision

To approve the continuation of the partnership
with Doncaster City Council, which provides Fixed Penalty Notice
(FPN) enforcement on behalf of North Lincolnshire Council.

To approve a NLC intent to enter into a 3-year service level
agreement with Doncaster City Council.

Reasons for the decision

The future intent of NLC is to strengthen
enforcement, including anti-social behaviour and enviro crime .
This agreement provides a critical intervention for NLC to deliver
this policy approach.

Alternative options considered

Not to continue the SLA agreement will have
significant negative impact across NLC and its ambitions, including
the Safe and Well Priorities, Enabling Resilient and Flourishing
Communities and the delivery of : Litter Plan, Zero Enforcement and
Greener future.
