To set the 2023-24 fees and charges for those
services and functions in Appendix 1 of the report.

Reasons for the decision

To enable the provision of services
which
•enable residents to live independently
•enrich the lives of residents of North Lincolnshire
•provide an offer in line with the council values and
priorities.
•provide value for money

Alternative options considered

As per report – fees are set in
accordance with the approved budget and financial strategy,
maximising the value for money for the taxpayer.
