To approve the Fees and Charges for Housing Standards Licensing 2026/27.

Reasons for the decision

The new fees and charges take account of the requirement to apply for selective licensing in a timely manner and contribute towards achieving a full cost recovery position in line with financial policy.

Alternative options considered

There will not be an addition to the fees and charges, and the functions will not achieve a full cost recovery position and there will be disparity between the Housing Licensing schemes.
