Residential development to adopt roads, verges, drainage etc - The Old Market, Ashby.

Reasons for the decision

Permit the Council to adopt the roads, footways, verges, swales, and highway drainage under S278/38 of the 1980 Highways Act, as all works have been completed in accordance with the approved construction details.

Alternative options considered

By not agreeing to adopt the residential access road we could be deemed to be in breach of the S278/38 agreement.
