Adopt the following residential access roads as highway maintainable at public expense.

The extent of The Old Market from its connection with the adopted length of School Road, Scunthorpe.

Reasons for the decision

Permit the Council to adopt the roads, footways, verges, swales, and highway drainage under S278/38 of the 1980 Highways Act, as all works have been completed in accordance with the approved construction details.

Alternative options considered

Not agreeing to adopt the residential access road we could be deemed to be in breach of the S278/38 agreement.
