RESOLVED that planning permission be
GRANTED subject to planning conditions listed in paragraph 11 of
the associated report.
 
In
relation to proposed Planning Condition 5 the following revised
wording is now proposed (in order to correct a typographical
error):
 
5.
Prior to the first occupation of the development hereby permitted
details of the proposed enclosed secure bicycle parking for the
dwelling shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local
Planning Authority and the scheme approved shall be provided and be
retained thereafter.
 
Reason: To ensure the provision and availability of adequate
cycle parking in accordance with policy 8 of the North
Northamptonshire Joint Core Strategy.
