RESOLVED:
 

(i)          
That the licence holder is not a fit and proper
person to continue to hold a Private Hire Driver’s Licence
and the licence is revoked with immediate effect.
 

(ii)         
That the applicant is not a fit and proper person to
hold a Hackney Carriage Driver’s Licence and that a licence
is refused.
