Kettering’s Capital Programme for 2023/24 in respect to
Energy Improvements. These properties represent the completion of
Nunnery Avenue in Rothwell and also a “pilot” scheme to
compare costs between different levels of Specification.
Works are to be completed in
compliance with PAS2030:2017.
