To enter into a s106 agreement to
secure planning obligations in respect of the provision of up to
100 travel cards for employees on the site and a financial
contribution towards a travel plan monitoring associated with the
full Planning Permission in relation to planning application
reference NK/2022/0613 as set out in the officer’sreport and
recommendation at Appendix 1.
