To agree that North Northamptonshire Council:
 
Appoint the Councils Legal Team to terminate or vary
existing agreements with the relevant parties, to ensure the rights
and interests under the lease can be
extinguished.     
 

Determine if the Council requires Landlord consent over
the land and
progress.     
Draw up Tenancy at Will Agreement with Freedom
Leisure
Draw up Deed of Surrender with Kettering Town
Harriers.  
Determine new agreement between the Council and
Northamptonshire Football Association (NFA) and review the Heads of
Terms that have been drawn up. 
Suitable permission for the Council to undertake the
works.
