Councillor Best and seconded by Councillor Jelley that planning
permission be GRANTED subject to delegated authority being given to
the Head of Place and Economy Services to issue the decision
application subject to the conditions outlined in the report; and
satisfactory consultation with Planning Committee Chair and Vice
Chair on highways, ecology and drainage conditions.
