To agree that North Northamptonshire
Council:
 

·    
Make the required amendment as requested by
Braybrooke Parish Council, the qualifying body, in accordance with
Section 61M (4) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, (as
applied to neighbourhood plans by section 38C(2)(c) of the Planning
and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004) and Regulation 30 of the
Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as
amended)

Publish, upon the Council’s website, and make
available for inspection, the updated Neighbourhood Plan, and
associated Modification Document

 

·    
Agree that the updated Braybrooke Neighbourhood Plan
document replaces the previous version of the Plan and is used from
hereon to assist in the determination of planning applications in
the Braybrooke Neighbourhood Area as part of the development plan
for North Northamptonshire
