The Planning Committee (North) approved the minutes of their meeting held on 7th June 2023. The committee also approved planning permission for engineering and enabling works for employment uses at Land Off Centrix Business Park, Napier Road, Corby, subject to conditions and a Section 106 Agreement. This includes requirements for remediation of land contamination, air quality and dust management, noise mitigation, highway access, biodiversity net gain, surface water drainage, foul drainage, sustainability standards, boundary treatments, and fire safety.
