The Chair thanked members and officers for their
contributions during debate and confirmed that members of the Place
& Environment Scrutiny Committee have noted and considered the
contents of the report and relevant appendices and had raised
comments for feedback as well as any concerns to officers as part
of the Scrutiny procedure.
