RESOLVED that:
The Corporate Scrutiny
Committee:
 

i.           
Recommends that resident
satisfaction surveys be undertaken on a regular basis, subject to
available finance, to track public perception trends and inform
future policy.
 

ii.           
Asks the Executive to ensure that
all Members receive clear and accessible communications summarising
the council’s financial position and key service updates, to
help councillors inform residents effectively.
 

iii.           
Requests that the Executive
ensures clear linkage between future Resident Survey results, the
Corporate Plan and the Council’s performance indicator
framework.
