Resolved
that delegated authority be given
to the Executive Director of Place and Economy to approve the
application subject to:
 

(i)                
The agreement of a BNG baseline
metric.

(ii)               
The conditions as set out in
section 11 of the report (including any amendments deemed
necessary) with the addition of two further conditions as
follows:

(a)        
A condition to secure the removal
of the existing classroom building once the replacement classroom
hereby approved has been installed and in operation. Powers are
delegated to officers to engage with the school to determine a
reasonable timescale for the removal of the existing building and
agree the final wording of the condition.

(b)        
A condition to secure a
Construction Management Plan.

(iii) Confirmation from the Secretary of State that
the application will not be called in for their own
determination.
