the provisions of the Section 106 Agreement dated 4 July 2008 made
between Kettering Borough Council (1) and Bedfordshire Pilgrims
Housing Association Limited (2) relating to the development of land
at Mawsley Village Kettering Northants (formerly known as Mawsley
Village Affordable Housing Area 6D), by amending the existing
"Chargee" definition, amending clause 4.3 to include all affordable
housing provisions and amending clause 4.3.1 to absolute Mortgagee
Exclusion Clause.
The
Council’s Housing Strategy team has been consulted on this.
Housing Officer Emily Scott replied on 9 November 2023 as
follows:

for consulting us on this deed of variation, I can confirm that we
approve of the proposed amendments.”
