RESOLVED
that:
 

(i)                
The new methodology and
construction of taxi fees and charges be noted, and agreement be
given to officers, in collaboration with finance colleagues, making
structural changes to taxi licensing accounting arrangements to
ensure they reflect legal precedent.

(ii)               
The outcomes of the consultation
on the proposed fees and charges were considered and noted
and

(iii)             
approval given to determine the
fees and charges which will apply to taxi licensing from 26 January
2026 to the end of March 2027.
