Purpose
The Council will support the
landlord- Housing 21 to obtain an on site care and support team in
readiness for the schemes opening in April 2026. The Council will
award on behalf of the landlord as a call off from the Independent
Living Schemes Care and Support Framework which has been live since
April 2024. There are 6 framework providers only eligible to bid on
this call off tender.
North Northamptonshire Council and
the Landlord (Housing 21) of the scheme require an agreement being
in situ between themselves regarding the admissions process and
subsequent lettings over the lifetime of the Contract to mitigate
any misunderstandings and/or financial risk.
