 Approval of the award of
Section 106 funding to the value of £22,620.00 to the
Independent Order of Oddfellows Manchester Unity Friendly Society
Limited (the Society) towards: provision of works at Wollaston
Allotments to support the clearance and preparation of land to make
additional allotment plots available for the residents of
Wollaston, in accordance with the requirements of the Section 106
Agreement dated 25/03/2022 (ref WP/20/00314/FUL).

 

Reasons for the decision

The project was presented to and
approved by the Council’s Developer Contributions Board (DCB)
on 17/10/2025, in accordance with the requirements of the related
S106 Agreement, which requires the contributions be used “to
provide more allotment plots at Oddfellows allotments or the
allotments at Wollaston Baptists Church in
Wollaston”
.
