RESOLVED
that:

i.           
The Quarter 3 Finance and
Performance report be noted.

ii.           
A detailed briefing or
presentation on Home to School Transport transformation be brought
to a future meeting of the Committee.

iii.           
A joint scrutiny session be
arranged to review highways maintenance and the highways contract,
including relevant officers and, where appropriate, contractor
attendance.

iv.           
A written
briefing note be provided to Members clarifying the accounting
treatment and financial impact of the DSG deficit, including
implications for interest income.
