Reasons for the decision
Following decision 803 at the
Executive meeting of 17 April 2025, this decision is to
secure a legal agreement with
respect to a Habitat Bank to allow registration on the Biodiversity
Gain sites Register as administered by Natural England and DEFRA to
allow the sale of Biodiversity units in line with the requirements
of the Environment Act.
