The chair asked for nominations for the
position of vice-chair of the committee.
 
It was proposed by Councillor Brooke and
seconded by Councillor Egling that Councillor Jennie Bone be
appointed as vice-chair.  On being put to the vote this was declared
carried.
 
RESOLVED
that Councillor Jennie Bone be
appointed as vice-chair of the planning committee until the end of
the 2025/26 municipal year.
