The Head of Asset Strategy approved an event licence for the Kettering Pride event on 10 August 2026. The event is scheduled to take place on 15 August 2026 in Market Place, Kettering.

The Executive approved the Crisis and Resilience Fund local delivery model on 14 April 2026. This model includes a single front door, cash-first crisis support, proportionate evidence, warm referrals, and the integration of prevention pathways across four strands. Authority was delegated to the Assistant Director Communities and Leisure, in consultation with the Executive Member for Communities, to mobilise delivery, make in-year adjustments, and distribute underspends.

The Executive approved the Care Quality Commission Improvement Plan on 9 June 2026. This plan outlines actions to improve Adult Social Care services following a "Requires Improvement" rating. The Council will submit the plan to the Department of Health and Social Care and support the development of an Adult Social Care Improvement Board.

The Employment Committee resolved on 18 June 2026 to establish a Sub-Committee to undertake the selection and appointment for the Executive Director of Children's Services. Authority was delegated to this Sub-Committee to shortlist, interview, and appoint the most suitable candidate.
