Decision

RESOLVED that: The Corporate Scrutiny Committee:

i.            Notes the rationale for developing a more focused approach to transformation delivery and prioritisation.

ii.            Considers and comments on the proposed methodology being developed to identify the T20 portfolio.

iii.            Considers whether the approach outlined provides appropriate assurance in relation to the alignment with the MTFP, deliverability, capacity and governance.

iv.            Provides feedback to inform the further development and refinement of the methodology prior to its application.
