The Corporate Scrutiny Committee approved the minutes of the meeting held on 27 April 2026. The committee also approved proposed monitoring arrangements for budget scrutiny recommendations and noted the rationale for developing a more focused approach to transformation delivery. Furthermore, the committee supported the allocation of £68,000 to a Youth Empowerment Grant Scheme and recommended that remaining Ward Member Empowerment Funding be allocated on an individual councillor basis with an extended application window.
