The Scrutiny Management Board approved the establishment of a Task and Finish Panel to support the development of the Local Transport Plan. The board also approved the first iteration of the Scrutiny Work Programme for 2026/27 and agreed that future Task and Finish Panels should be open to the wider scrutiny community with a minimum membership of six members.
