Decision

Following debate it was RESOLVED that:

The Place & Environment Scrutiny Committee:
 

a)     Noted the positive work undertaken toward the delivery of the CMP and publication of emission data;

b)     Provided comments and feedback on the findings of the CMP Annual Report at Appendix A.

c)     Recommended that the Carbon Management Task & Finish Group did not proceed following the referral from the Scrutiny Management Board for consideration

d)     Requested that a briefing note be provided to member in relation to the financial and carbon savings associated with projects undertaken as part of the Carbon Management Plan and that the data be included as part of the annual update report.
