Following debate it was RESOLVED that:
The Place & Environment Scrutiny Committee:
a) Provided comments and feedback on the framework detailed within the SAMP to effectively manage, review and develop its land and property assets to support service delivery, financial sustainability, inclusive growth, environmental commitments and the needs of residents and communities
b) Request that officers facilitate and provide a member briefing to all North Northamptonshire Councillors regarding the Strategic Asset management Plan.
