Decision

 RESOLVED that the guidance documents, as follows, be approved:

(i)                 The guidance on determining the scope of councillor code of conduct complaints be approved.

(ii)                The guidance on confidentiality in councillor code of conduct complaints be approved.

(iii)              The guidance and process for standards hearing panels, incorporation of the approved guidance documents into the council’s standards framework and publication on the council’s website be approved.
