Decision

To approve the award of a contract for the provision of the North Northamptonshire Integrated Healthy Lifestyles Service (IHLS) to MORELIFE (UK) LTD following completion of a competitive procurement process undertaken under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The contract will commence on 1 April 2027 for an initial period of five years with options to extend by up to a further four years (two extensions of 24 months). The maximum contract value is £6.3m exclusive of VAT over the initial five-year term.

Reasons for the decision

 A competitive procurement process was undertaken in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Fifteen bids were received, thirteen were evaluated and seven progressed to presentation and interview. MORELIFE (UK) LTD achieved the highest overall evaluation score and demonstrated the strongest ability to deliver the Integrated Healthy Lifestyles Service in accordance with the specification and published evaluation criteria. The award recommendation is supported by the procurement evaluation, moderation process and governance arrangements.
