The Planning Committee of North Northamptonshire Council decided on 14 October 2026 to grant planning permission for a change of use from a hospitality suite to a dwelling for a resident priest. The decision was approved subject to conditions. These include occupancy restrictions to a priest serving the mission, provision of parking spaces, and the installation of obscured privacy screening.
