Decision

RESOLVED that: The Corporate Scrutiny Committee:

i.            Notes the purpose, scope and current status of the formative pre consultation engagement,

ii.            Considers the initial findings and emerging themes.

iii.            Provides views on the questions in section 5, to inform development of the draft strategy.

iv.            Identifies communities, service areas or perspectives requiring further targeted attention.

v.            Notes that further facilitated and face-to-face feedback will be considered alongside the questionnaire findings when developing the draft strategy.

vi.            Requests that members’ comments are recorded and used to inform the draft strategy.
