Decision
The minutes of the meeting held on 7 September 2026 were received.
It was proposed by Councillor Duffy and seconded by Councillor Carr that the minutes of the meeting be adopted as an accurate record and on being put to the vote this was declared carried.
(Councillor Fairhall made an observation that at the recent full council meeting the executive member for planning stated that the democracy & standards committee had not raised concern over the changes to planning and the effect on parish and town councils. This had been raised and was reflected within the minutes at page 3, bullet point 3).
RESOLVED that the minutes be signed and adopted as an accurate record.
