RESOLVED that it be recommended to council that:
(i) Mr Michael Whitworth be re-appointed as a co-opted Independent Member of the Audit & Governance Committee for a term of four years from the date of appointment by full council, ending on 30 November 2030;
(ii) Paul Grady be co-opted as an Independent Member of the Audit & Governance Committee for a term of four years from the date of appointment by full council ending on 30 November 2030;
