It is in relation to the relevant affordable housing land and variations to the Affordable Housing provisions, which are being proposed by Miller Homes, Cross Key Homes and CKH Developments Ltd. It is in relation to the Mortgagee Clauses in regard to the affordable housing units. They would be amended in line with the National Housing Federation standard mortgagee exclusion clause. NNC Housing Officer were consulted with the proposed wording and raised no objections.
