At its meeting in November 2022
NNC’s Executive:
 
“Delegates authority to
the Portfolio Holder for Children, Families, Education and Skills,
in liaison with the Executive Director for Children’s
Services, to take any further decisions and actions required to
implement the Case Management System and award contracts in
relation to this”.
 
Following the outcome of a
joint procurement exercise led by West Northamptonshire Council
approval to award a contract to the preferred supplier, Liquid
Logic, for the replacement Children’s Case Management
System.
 
The contract with the current
supplier, OLM, ends in January 2025. The commencement date of the
new contract with Liquid Logic is subject to negotiation following
completion of the standstill period on the 31st May 2024.
Commencement of the new contract will be negotiated as soon as
possible in order to enable a robust implementation period. Due to
the complexity of the project, and specifically the transfer of
data, it is expected that the 
implementation period will be up to at least 12 months meaning the
contract with OLM will need to be extended for 6-12
months.
