Following debate it
was:
RESOLVED:
That Planning Permission be Granted subject to
the following conditions:
1. The
development hereby permitted shall begin before the expiration of
three years from the date of this permission.
2. The
development shall conform in all aspects with the plans and details
shown in the application as listed below: -

3. The
property (known as No. 119 Roman Road, Little Stanion, NN18 8GQ)
shall not be occupied by more than 2 resident children at any
time.
4. No
development shall commence until a scheme for on site cycle storage has been submitted to and
approved in writing to the Local Planning Authority. The approved
scheme shall be provided and thereafter retained before the
approved use commences on site.
