RESOLVED          
that the application be refused for the following                              
         
reasons:
 

The impact on the
landscape and visual amenity together with harm to the character of
the area would outweigh the benefits of the scheme.

 
And
that
 

The impact of the
development on the Upper Nene Valley SPA including the loss of
habitat would cause harm that would outweigh the benefits of the
scheme.
