The Oldham Council Audit Committee approved recommendations regarding the Treasury Management Report for Quarter 1 of 2026/27 on 09 September 2026. The committee reviewed the performance of the Council's treasury management function against its strategy and prudential indicators. Council officers will liaise with treasury management advisors regarding LOBO loan options and will repay any loans with available cash or by borrowing from alternative sources or the PWLB if savings can be demonstrated.
