About
The Thames Valley Police and Crime Panel is responsible for scrutinising the work of the Thames Valley Police and Crime Commissioner. It reviews the Commissioner's decisions and actions, and can hold them to account. The Panel also has a role in appointing and dismissing the Commissioner. Its administrative host authority has changed over time, with Buckinghamshire Council now fulfilling this role.
