Cllr Andrew Gant, Cabinet Member for Transport
Management, declared an interest in item 13 as the decision would
involve his division, Summertown and Wolvercote. As per the
Council’s constitution, the Leader of the Council, Cllr Liz
Leffman, appointed Cllr Judy Roberts, Cabinet Member for
Infrastructure and Development Strategy, to chair item 13 and make
the decision.
