The Cabinet of Oxfordshire Council approved recommendations on 21/10/2025. The Cabinet agreed to approve the development of an Enhanced Partnership Plus model for bus franchising and to proceed with redeveloping Speedwell House with its current footprint rather than expanding it. The Cabinet also approved the sale of County Hall and consolidation at Speedwell House.
