The Cabinet of Oxfordshire Council approved the minutes of meetings held on 10 and 16 September 2025. The Cabinet also approved the implementation of six temporary congestion charging points in Oxford for a maximum of two years, with operational readiness by 10 November 2025. They authorised the Director of Environment and Highways to make necessary changes and implement the charging order, and approved the development and implementation of infrastructure and supporting systems at an estimated cost of £190,000.
