The Cabinet of Oxfordshire Council approved recommendations on 21/10/2025 regarding the capital programme. The updated capital programme was approved, incorporating the Section 106 Accelerated Delivery Programme with a budget of £27.575m and noting the inclusion of specialist supported housing projects valued at £2.8m. The Cabinet also noted updated grant funding allocations, including £2.050m from Active Travel England.
