The Shareholder Committee (Cabinet Committee) of Oxfordshire Council decided to approve recommendations on 09 December 2025. They removed Kate Reynolds as a Non-Executive Director of Enterprise Oxfordshire, appointed Ian Dyson and Kim Sawyer as Non-Executive Directors, and appointed Nicholas Glover as Interim Managing Director. The committee also noted the intention to co-opt a member from the Oxfordshire Economy Partnership Board.
