The Cabinet Member for Public Health, Inequalities and Community Safety decided to approve the budget for and authorise the extension of the current Specialist Stop Smoking Service contract by one year to 30th June 2025. This decision was made on 6 February 2024. Authority was delegated to the Director of Public Health to award the contract extension in line with council procurement guidelines.
