RESOLVED to:-
a) Note the capital monitoring position for 2026/27 set out in this report and summarised in Annex 1.
b) Approve the updated Capital Programme at Annex 2 incorporating the changes set out in this report.
c) Note the current over-programming of the capital programme is £10.365m as agreed by Council in February 2026. Options to reduce this will need to be considered through the Budget & Business Planning process for 2027/28.
