Delegated Decisions by Cabinet Member for Finance, Property and Transformation approved the completion of a Funding Agreement with Cambrian Learning Trust on 03/07/2026. This agreement will release funding greater than £2m to the Trust for the construction of new accommodation at Faringdon Community College. The funding is from S106 contributions and CLT will procure contractors compliant with the Procurement Act 2023.

Delegated Decisions by the Deputy Leader of the Council and Cabinet Member for Resources authorised the Head of IT to procure a Support and Maintenance agreement with Liquidlogic Limited on 19/05/2026. This agreement is for a 3-year period with an option to extend for up to another 2 years. The Head of IT will finalise contractual documentation in consultation with the Head of Legal and Governance and Deputy Monitoring Officer.
